About the Center
The Wanpanbon Culture Center in the Jeonju Hanok Village was officially opened on Oct. 18, 2011, to preserve a variety of publications produced in Jeonju and shed new light on the history and culture of Jeonju, which was the cradle of archival culture and the hub of publication culture.
The Wanpanbon Culture Center is an important cultural facility in Jeonju. Daejanggyeong Culture School (Ahn Jun-yeong) was appointed as the new trustee in Jan. 2017.
The Wanpanbon Culture Center secures its position as an open cultural space to acknowledge the cultural value and superiority of Jeonju’s flourishing publication culture.
