Kkotsim, Jeonju Municipal Library, is the 12^th library opened in Jeonju on Dec.

20, 2019. It aims to be the happy book playground for all citizens.

Breaking from the existing standard libraries, Kkotsim consists of children room, kids’ rooms, a café, and an open lobby on the ground floor, reference rooms and an e-data corner on the 2^nd floor, Wujuro 1216 on the 3^rd floor, and a multi-functional auditorium, seminar rooms, and offices on the 4^th floor.
