In line with the transition to a national heritage system, it is Korea's representative intangible heritage festival to reveal the new meaning of intangible heritage under the themes of "transmission" and "creation."
In order to strengthen the courtesy of national intangible heritage holders and honor their contributions, events will be held to experience the value of intangible heritage in various fields such as exhibitions, media arts, performances, functions, movies and academics.

There is an experience program to convey the values of tradition to children. Acknowledging that K-culture that shows its distinguished standing worldwide started from Korean intangible cultural heritage embedded with ‘excitement, spirit, and the artistic soul of Koreans’, the ‘Original K-Culture Story’ and ‘Our Intangible Cultural Heritage Story’ are produced with the audience. Through such activities, access to intangible cultural heritage can be facilitated, and the festival can successfully advance together with masters and citizens.
