Landmark of the newly renovated Deokjin Park ‘Yeonhwagyo Bridge’
Yeonhwagyo Bridge, also called the swing bridge, was demolished for the first time in more than 40 years and was built in the form of a strong stone bridge considering the safety and convenience of visitors. Yeonhwagyo Bridge was built more than twice as wide, allowing convenient passage, and was newly built in the form of a traditional fence with straight lines and arches. On the artificial island in the center of Yeonhwagyo Bridge, Yeonhwajeong Pavilion is located. It is built as a hanok which keeps the beauty of the old. Yeonhwagyo Bridge has been reborn as a wonderful look that presents both traditional and modern beauty. There are plenty of nice and pleasant photo spots along Yeonhwagyo Bridge, whereby it is easy to find people getting the pic of the day happily.
Every step makes beautiful scenery, but the best is the front of the arched stairs along the colorful lights. From the highest location of the stairs, the panoramic view of Deokjin Park and the stone bridge are impressive.
