About the Museum
The history of the Jeonju Hanok Village doesn’t reside only in buildings.
The history of the Jeonju Hanok Village is breathing inside the stories of the residents living here, the trees and flowers on the streets, the wind and the sunshine in the alleys, and the deep bottom of the wells in the yards.
How was the Jeonju Hanok Village formed as the only Hanok village with about 900 Hanok houses kept in good shape in Korea, and how could it have been passed on up to now?
Listen to the history and stories of the Hanok Village in the Jeonju Hanok Village History Museum and experience the history through virtual reality.
